The Registrar of Companies announced that the number of new companies registered in Cyprus during the first five months of 2016 rose by 24% compared to the same period of 2015.
The increase is attributed to the recent amendments in the domestic tax law which made Cyprus an extremely attractive jurisdiction, both for businesses, as well as, for high net worth individuals.
