Annual Levy for Cyprus Companies

All companies registered in Cyprus should pay the annual levy of €350 to the Registrar of Companies before 30^th June 2015.

After this deadline the following penalties apply:

–          Within 2 months from the due date 10%

–          Within 5 months from the date due 30%

Please note that if the annual levy and/or the relevant penalties are not paid within 5 months from the due date the Cyprus Registrar of Companies can strike off the company without any notice. We therefore strongly suggest that you act immediately.
